Welcome to the Hi Umrah platform (hiumrah.com), operated and managed by Hi Umrah and its affiliated companies. Your access to and use of this site, including all its content and services, is governed by the terms and conditions detailed below. Please read these terms carefully before browsing or using the site, as your actual use constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms, which form the legal basis for any discussion between you and Hi Umrah.

• "User" or "You": Any person browsing the site via computer or other device, including mobile devices.
• "Platform": The Hi Umrah website (hiumrah.com) and all associated services and applications.
• "Content": All information displayed on the site in any form, including text, designs, graphics, videos, images, data, links, and other materials.
• "Agency": A licensed travel agency registered on the platform to provide Umrah and Hajj services.
• "Booking": The process of reserving an Umrah or Hajj trip through the platform via a registered agency.
• "Services": All services provided through the platform, including trip listings, booking processing, payment handling, and communication between pilgrims and agencies.

Hi Umrah is an intermediary platform connecting pilgrims with licensed travel agencies. The platform is not a travel agency and does not directly provide travel, accommodation, or transportation services. All actual travel services are provided by agencies registered on the platform, which are solely responsible for the quality of service provided and its conformity with the advertised description. Site content is provided for general information purposes and should not be considered specialized advice from Hi Umrah. Users bear full responsibility for their use of the site and any reliance on its content.

• All bookings are subject to the terms of the service-providing agency in addition to these terms.
• Displayed prices include all fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• When initiating a booking, the seat is temporarily reserved for a specified period. If payment is not completed within this period, the seat is automatically released.
• All financial transactions are conducted in Syrian Pounds (SYP) and calculated in the smallest currency unit.
• The platform retains a commission from each booking according to the rate in effect at the time of booking. This rate is fixed and unaffected by subsequent changes.
• Accepted payment methods include: ShamCash, cash payment, and bank transfers.

• If the booking is cancelled by the administration or agency: the user is entitled to a full refund (100%) of the amount paid.
• If the booking is cancelled by the user: the platform's specified cancellation rate is deducted from the paid amount, and the remainder is refunded.
• All refund transactions are recorded and documented in the financial transaction ledger.
• Cancellation policies may vary by agency and trip. Please review the cancellation terms for each trip before completing your booking.
• Bookings cannot be cancelled after trip completion or for bookings marked as completed.

• Users may be required to submit personal documents such as passport and ID scans to complete the booking process.
• Once the booking is confirmed, documents are locked and cannot be modified without a support request.
• All sensitive documents are individually encrypted before storage and are only accessible by authorized individuals.
• Sensitive documents are automatically deleted from our systems after the defined retention period expires.
• Users confirm that the information provided is true and accurate, and bear full responsibility for any incorrect information.

• Agencies must obtain platform administration approval before listing their trips.
• An agency with active trips (future departure dates) or confirmed bookings cannot be deleted.
• A suspended agency's trips are automatically hidden from public listings, and the agency is blocked from accepting new bookings.
• Each agency must comply with its subscription limits regarding the number of allowed trips and staff members.
• The agency bears full responsibility for the accuracy of information displayed about its trips and services.

• Modifying, copying, reproducing, distributing, selling, displaying, or publishing any site content for commercial purposes.
• Posting illegal, threatening, false, misleading, racist, defamatory, or obscene messages.
• Attempting unauthorized access to platform systems or other users' accounts.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Sending malware, viruses, or any content that threatens the security of the platform or its users.
• Impersonating another person or providing misleading information about your identity.
• Gaming the booking system or attempting to make fraudulent seat reservations.

The site and all its content are protected by copyright, literary rights, and other registered or applicable rights belonging to Hi Umrah or third parties. All site content is considered copyright-protected under relevant international conventions and laws. All trademarks, logos, designs, text, and elements are owned by Hi Umrah or third parties. Using these trademarks in ways that violate the law, mislead the public, or falsely suggest company affiliation is prohibited. Violating these conditions automatically terminates your content usage license.

Hi Umrah and its owners, employees, directors, and representatives assume no liability for direct, indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, documents, file recovery, business interruption, or reputation harm, arising from site access, use, inability to use, or results of use, even if Hi Umrah was informed of the possibility of damage. The platform uses advanced security procedures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against viruses or harmful elements. Content is provided "as-is" without warranties regarding fitness for purpose, reliability, completeness, or accuracy. The sole remedy available to users is discontinuing site use.

• Hi Umrah respects your privacy and applies reasonable security procedures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
• All communications with the platform are secured via HTTPS, and personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are processed using one-way hashing techniques.
• Hi Umrah does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Hi Umrah reserves the right to modify, change, add, or delete any portion of these terms at any time without prior notice. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting to the site.
